Supporters’ coach to Wharfedale

Although Macclesfield Blues have hit on a rich run of form over the last couple of months with 7 straight wins, our continued survival in National League 1 is still not guaranteed – not yet at least. We’ve still got the small matter of Wharfedale to deal with. This is the big one as far as Macclesfield Rugby Club is concerned. The match against Wharfedale on 13th April is more-than-likely the fixture which will determine our future. If we win that match we’re pretty much guaranteed to stay in the league.

Obviously with such a crucial fixture we’re going to need all the support we can get. So we urge all our supporters to make every effort to attend this season-defining game. The team truly appreciate the travelling support and believe it can make a huge difference. So Macclesfield Rugby Club has decided to run a Supporters’ Coach to the game.

If you would like to travel and support your team on what will hopefully be a defining day in the Club’s recent history, then please contact Bev Roberts at bev@maccrugby.co.uk to book your place on the coach.  If we can fill a coach (50, 41 or 33 seat) the price will be approximately £10 a head.
