Draft strategy document for consultation with the members

Dear Member,

You may recall that when the new executive committee took over, one of the tasks they committed to was the development for a proper strategic development plan for the club that will identify where the club wants to be in five-ten years and how it will get there. A lot of work has been done in the first eight months of this year by a group representing the different constituencies of the club to produce this draft plan. We would now like your feedback on the recommendations coming out of this work. The consultation period for feedback is one month – if you have comments or suggestions that you would like us to consider as we finalise the plan, please send them to media@maccrugby.co.uk.

I look forward to hearing your views on this document and I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the members who have contributed their views and suggestions during its development.
