In accordance with the rules of Macclesfield RUFC Ltd members are advised of, and invited to attend, this meeting which will be held in the President’s suite at the clubhouse, Priory Park, Priory Lane, Macclesfield, Cheshire SK10 4AF on Monday 30^th September 2013 at 7.30pm.

2. To approve minutes of the Financial General Meeting held at the Club House on Tuesday 25th September 2012

3. Welcome by President – C Hammond

4. To receive and approve a Financial Statement for the preceding Financial Year ending 30th June 2013 – presented by the Director of Finance Peter White

5. Treasurer to respond to questions raised by members – by permission of the president

6. Any other business relevant to this meeting – by permission of the president
