Following the announcement that Jonathan Marsh will be leaving his role as club administrator on Tuesday 23rd October there is now a vacancy for a GENERAL MANAGER at the club.
The General manager role will report directly to the Chairman and will be responsible for the day to day operational and administrative functions of the club including financial administration, RFU administration, regulatory compliance and membership. In addition, the job holder will be responsible for managing the club’s hospitality, including the bar and catering functions in collaboration with a team of volunteers. A high degree of interpersonal skills, some background in hospitality bar/catering, flexibility and a passion for Macclesfield Rugby Club is a must.
This is a full time 37.5hr per week role and there will be a requirement to work on alternate Saturdays and Sunday mornings with time in lieu during the week.
