Next April, 28 of our U12’s are jetting off to Barcelona in Tour. The boys have already been busy fundraising for the trip and will be pushing to raise more money at the Club’s Christmas festivities, over the weekend of the 15th & 16th December.
They will be attempting to ‘Pedal to Barcelona’ over the course of the Annual Club Christmas Lunch and whilst the first XV play Stourbridge. Henbury Travel have made a generous donation to the U12s tour and are Match Sponsors on Saturday – our thanks to Henbury Travel for their support.
After the Lunch they’ll be auctioning off some great lots including;
- A day’s Morgan hire from Oakmere Motor Group,
- 2 tickets for the BBC Children in Need, ‘Ultimate Christmas Party’ at the O2 arena, (featuring Tom Odell, Rick Astley, SeaSick Steve, Faithless and more) on Thursday 20th December
- Signed Tour de France Team Sky goodies
- 2 tickets & a signed ball for Sale v Saracens on the 4th January.
(If you won’t be there at the lunch but would like to place a bid on any of the above, please email social@maccrugby.co.uk before Friday 14th December.)
The U12s will then continue the cycle on Sunday 16th and hold a raffle with some fantastic prizes, including vouchers to several local shops and restaurants.
Please support the lads and get behind their efforts over the weekend.
