Max Morrison Funeral Arrangements

As many will know, Max lost his battle with Leukaemia on 23 May 2019, aged 17. Max played rugby at the club until a couple of years ago and will be known to many. Max’s first love was his music, and in the last few months, Max recorded and released his first EP which you can download here.

Max’s funeral will take place on Thursday 20th June 2019 at 1:30 PM at St Michaels Church, Macclesfield. Max’s family have requested “happy clothes”, and in lieu of flowers, Macclesfield Rugby Club is collecting funds for the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital. Max’s mum, Jacqueline, described those at the hospital who cared for Max to the very end as “Angels who walk the earth”.

A Just Giving page has been set up for anyone who wishes to make donations.
