As many of our visitors, fans and supporters will have noticed our clubhouse has undergone a phenomenal change over the last 12 months. The Spiral Lounge, the function suite and the decorated entrance, lobby and staircase, plus much more.
The “big jobs”, such as the new accessibility lift toilet refresh etc are in hand. However, it is the relatively small jobs that need the most hands!
All the changes to date have happened with the help from our band of volunteers, from young to old the band of merry people donned old clothes and turned out over many weekends to produce the results we have seen.
Over this summer there are more jobs to be done. Most are jobs anyone can turn their hand to and whilst small, will make a massive difference to the feel of the club, our appearance, brand and ambience.
This is OUR club, and our club needs us. All materials will be supplied (although if you can bring a brush or roller that will help too).
If you can spare even an hour, or two (or more), please see the MRUFC Working Group Facebook page. There is no need to stay all day – even an hour is brilliant.
Not on Facebook? No worries plenty of options to see what is going on and how you can help;
