The Annual General Meeting for Macclesfield Rugby Club Limited will be held on Wednesday May 26th at 7pm at Priory Park. In accordance with the rules of the Club formal notification giving notice of the AGM and a copy of the Agenda will be forwarded to all members in early May 2021.
Also in accordance with the rules of the club, any nominations for the positions as Executive Officers of the club must be received in writing, including the name of member seconding the nomination, by the Honorary Club Secretary by 30th April 2021. (Bob Cooke, chevalliercooke@gmail.com)
Election of Executive Committee
- Only full members of the club (appropriate subscription paid for the 2019 – 2020 and or 2020 – 2021 season) are entitled to vote on matters considered at the AGM.
- The current positions and incumbents on the Executive Committee are:

Director of Finance: Philip Ainsworth (Seconded)
Secretary: Bob Cooke
Chairman Mini/Junior section: Phil Mason
Rugby Director: Tom Davenport.
