We are seeking a keen and committed individual to be responsible for the financial and general administration of Macclesfield Rugby Club and our Priory Park Venue; that together form Macclesfield’s busiest sporting and events location.
You will be responsible for processing financial transactions (invoicing, payments, payroll and reconciliation), data entry and reporting. In addiction you will be assisting the General Manager with administration including: correspondence, maintaining records, responding to general enquiries and assisting with diary management. The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate experience in financial administration, with the computer skills needed to fulfil this role.
HOURS: 21 Per Week (hours to be negotiated, to suit). Hours can be flexible.
PAY: £14.00 per hour
PENSION: You will be enrolled in an occupational pension (unless you decide to opt out)
LEAVE: 20 Days + bank holidays (pro-rata)
There may be other opportunities within the business such as assisting with events management or bar work.
