Tomorrow we welcome Bristolians, Old Redcliffians to Priory Park for the first time in our 150 year history. The Bristol team edge Macclesfield on paper given that they sit in 6th position, with one loss and two wins, compared to Macc’s one win and two losses sitting in 9th position. That said Macclesfield have played two of the top-teams, away, in their campaign so far this season; and a 5-point win on Saturday would move us up several places.
Head Coach, Rhys Davies has rung the changes this week giving starting places to 5 of the team and bringing in James Cross and Elliot Alston to the bench. It promises to be boisterous contest both on and off the pitch with over 100 attending the ex-players lunch, getting behind the boys-in-blue.
Kick-off is 3.00pm, get their early to grab a seat in the Stand. The team is:
1. Christian Hone, 2. Carl Droy, 3. Andy Darlington, 4, Ben Blackburn 5. Elliot Thompson, 6. George Boughey, 7. Harry Hughes, 8. James Oliver, 9. Mason Winterburn, 10. Dan Leake, 11.
