My name is Bex Ward and I’m a qualified nutritionist. Nutrition is an ever-changing and often very confusing landscape and I am passionate about coaching people so they are empowered to make choices that allow them to reach their goals, whether they are weight loss, sports performance or optimal health, without making unnecessary sacrifices or overcomplicating things.
I help people build long-term habits, fuel their body for exercise and have a great relationship with food that means they know that no food is off limits. My hunger for knowledge and determination to turn information into easy to follow advice allows my clients to not only get results, but be empowered to continue to manage their nutrition on their own.
