By placing an order through the Macclesfield RUFC Club Shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Orders
- All orders are subject to stock availability.
- Orders will normally be processed within five (5) working days of receipt.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order and collection details.
- Orders subject to back-order will be confirmed once stock arrives.
- Collection
- Orders are available for collection from the Spiral Bar at Macclesfield RUFC.
- Customers will be notified by email when their order is ready for collection.
- Returns & Exchanges
- Bespoke, personalised, embroidered and/or printed garments are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item is faulty.
- Customers are responsible for checking sizing carefully before placing an order. Size guides are provided where available.
- Any manufacturing defects or faults must be reported within 14 days of collection.
- Pricing
- All prices include VAT where applicable.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Errors & Omissions
- Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, pricing and availability, errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).
- Macclesfield RUFC reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to cancel or amend orders affected by such errors.
- Macclesfield RUFC cannot be held accountable for factors outside of its reasonable control.
